In this interactive cooking class, guests will learn how to prepare elegant chocolate truffles and become experts in different varieties of chocolate. To begin, Chef Zach will teach you about the natural flavors and properties of chocolate during a guided tasting session. 

Chef Zach will demonstrate techniques for creating the perfectly textured ganache for making truffles. After you create your own chocolate ganache, you'll get to try your hand at rolling truffles as you form and decorate French-style chocolate truffles to take home in a beautiful box. 

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
