We are kicking off Oktoberfest season Celestial style, with our 4th Annual SPOCKtoberfest!!

From 4-8pm on Saturday, Sept. 13th, the mothership's patio will beam you space-style Munich with specialty lager tappings, live music from Baba Yaga Orkestar, specialty German-inspired dishes from the "Vulcan Haus" (Cosmic Cantina), and stein-holding and chugging competitions!

With the purchase of our ~20oz specialty stein, you'll also receive three pours of all lagers, as well as any other beers 7% abv and below. Register now to guarantee your stein, but we will sell them day-of (while supplies last). So wear your trekky gear and/or lederhosen and dirndls and Live Long & "Prost"er!

Join Sip & Script for a Night of Learning Calligraphy!

Join us at Celesitial Beerworks in Dallas, TX for a festive workshop of spooky fun and pretty lettering for beginners! Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, in this workshop you’ll be learning an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. We will cover all the basics and get you ready to add those special lettered details to all your spooky spreads – think lettered pumpkins at your front door, on your bar cart, as a Halloween party hostess gift or special occasion gift!

Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s calligraphy kit (two nibs, black ink pot, 2 letter guides, tracing paper and straight pen holder), and all materials to write on. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the workshop! Additionally, we will be lettering on faux pumpkins at the end of our class time!

Feel free to come early, grab your seat, and purchase any food (food and drinks available to purchase throughout class too!). Class will start promptly at 1:00 PM CST! 

Class Expectations: Yes, lefties are welcome too! This class is encouraged for someone who has never taken a calligraphy class before. We teach the basics and our expectation for you is to have ink flowing through your nib with enough confidence to be able to practice way beyond class. We love using tracing paper with our guides to help you build muscle memory and develop your own style!  If you have tried calligraphy out before, this class will be a great refresher and hopefully a chance to try some new supplies from our beginner kit that will re-introduce you to this lovely form of art!

A note on bringing guests 16 and under: We love to share this passion with kids. You are welcome to get a ticket for your child as long as you are comfortable with people around them having a drink or two. We do ask that anyone under the age of 16 is to be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times.

Pre-game our 7th Orbit Anniversary Party with our annual power hour the night before!

Show up in costume post-trick-or-treating or pre-Halloween party and let's jam!!

We've curated an hour-long video of one minute music video clips, hand-picked by our Startenderz and the rest of the staff. We will start the video right at 9pm! At each song change, throw back an oz of our newly-brewed Power Hour (or water - gotta stay hydrated!!) in our specialty shot glass.

Crispy Pitcherz & Beer Towers are on special for only $12, and Power Hour will be included in the pitcher special for the night! The Cosmic Cantina will be here for the carbo-load or post drink munchies all day!

The time has come for us to celebrate another year of Celestial Beerworks! This time - we are setting sail on The Seven Seas! Dress up in your pirate, siren, merperson, sea creature best and show up at the door of our Satellite event space for TONS of beer, music, food, and fun surprises - Including a KARAOKE after-party at the taproom!

Once again, this party will span both the Satellite (2137 Butler St.) and the Mothership (Celestial Taproom: 2530 Butler St.) and we will have a FREE Space Shuttle (party bus) for ticket holders driving between the two locations from 3-8pm.
